First post on our new blog.

That's right. Now MiNE & Co. has a blog. Now you can follow us around and look at all the magical things we are doing.

Right now we are working on building a Sort-kinda Cafe Racer out of a 1980 Yamaha XS650.

Last we we finally got the clutch and throttle cable shortened so they work. The clutch is still giving me a little stress. It might need a rebuild.

Yesterday I took it for its first test ride. It was a little sketchy with the clutch still not adjusted and no front brakes yet. Here are a few pictures and a video of what we did yesterday.

This picture is a before shot of the kick starter.

And here it is after we fancied it up to help clear the knew foot pegs.

Here is some weight savings done to the case.

The clutch looks ok.

Here is a good side profile with the finished, wrapped 2 into 1 exhaust.
